We're excited to have you in one of our spaces! At Royal Stewart Properties, we know that the space you rent can make a difference in your life, and it should never mean settling for less.
It's important for us to offer an experience that's comfortable, safe, and dignified. And it's important for us to make that realistic for others. We're a local Wisconsin pair, and we've worked with our own minds and hands to thoughtfully build and update our properties in a way that makes you proud, safe, and never feeling like you're just getting by.
We keep our properties in great shape—not because we have to, but because we believe renters deserve to feel comfortable, safe, and valued. That means doing more than the minimum: upgraded appliances, functional layouts, clean and inviting finishes, and quick, reliable fixes when something goes wrong.

Our Origin Story
Once upon a time circa 1994, as many Wisconsin families do, the Stewart family found themselves with a new-to-them cabin in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Throughout the decades, summers were spent playing in the lake, grilling burgers, and taking excursions to hike, canoe, and make memories. The cabin has been enjoyed by family members, friends, and generations of water-loving dogs.
When, after years of love, the cabin came into some repairs, we decided to keep the heart and soul of our haven, while modernizing the property.
Today, the original Stewart cabin has a bright, usable layout for a compact space with a large picture window and new deck for enjoying morning coffee, and an evening game of cribbage with an Old Fashioned. Upgraded furnace and air conditioning make a comfortable four season space, and small details throughout the inside and outside add character. We're proud to start our rental journey with such a beloved space, and to keep the heart of all we do centered on comfort, belonging, and a place to make memories.
